Yoga is an ancient healing art of using postures (asanas) and the breath (pranayama) to bring the body and mind into optimum health, vitality and wellbeing.

To:

- develop stamina, suppleness and body awareness
- increase energy, vitality and well-being 
- develop relaxation techniques
- encourage the body and mind to heal, maintain good health and avoid dis-ease.

Lynda is a Sivananda trained yoga teacher, a member of the Yoga Alliance and has also been practising Transcendental Meditation for over 20 years.
